Welcome to the Swedish Basenji Specialty 2023
in Degeberga, South Scania
This is how the Colour Match works:
The show is unofficiall. Each colour is assessed as a "seperate breed", i.e. red/white is assessed in one round, black/white in one round, tricolour in one round and finally brindle in one round. In order for your dog to compete further from its class and Honorary award is required.
After that, Best Puppy, Best Of Breed, Best of Opposite and Best Veteran in each colour are chosen. These 4 (also the Best of Opposites have their final) winning dogs in each colour then face each other in the Best In Show finals in the afternoon, where everyone dressed up in evening clothes, ending with a Supreme Best In Show!
Then there is a joint glittering dinner and party evening.
